Terms & Conditions

1. Services

We will supply the Services in accordance with this Agreement. In doing so, we shall exercise the reasonable care and skill expected of us, but no service can be supplied without occasional faults – if they do occur, we will attempt to remedy any faults as soon as we can reasonably do so.

From time to time, we may vary some aspects of the Services, but we will try to inform you of these changes. Occasionally, we may suspend the Services due to operational or technical reasons. If this occurs, we will try to inform you and we will attempt to restore the Services as soon as we reasonably can.

You may purchase additional Services from us, which will also, once we have accepted an order, be subject to this Agreement.

2. Delivery

All services are delivered digitally and are therefore governed by the following time frameworks:

  • Website Development – Within 10 working days
  • Website Changes – Within 3 working days

3. Charges and Payments

The prices displayed on the website are the prices you pay.

We will send an invoice by email notification to the email address we hold for you. Payment should be made within 14 days of you receiving the invoice. You must inform us promptly if you believe the bill to be incorrect, and it is your responsibility to keep your e-mail address up to date.

4. Refund / Cancellation Policy

You may cancel services you purchase from us at any time without incurring any penalties. The only exception to this is where we have incurred costs on your behalf through the purchase of third party services – for example the purchase of domain names or other properties associated with website development.

5. Privacy Policy

We take the privacy of our customers very seriously, we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. We may however use any information you give us to help us detect and deter fraud.

6. Complaints

7. Termination

Cancellation of any Maegrove Media service can be undertaken at any time by sending an email to support@maegrove.co.uk or by mail to the address below:

8. Amendment

We reserve the right to add to and/or amend the terms of the Agreement at any time in which case the changes shall be notified to the Customer by posting on the Maegrove Media website and shall become effective 14 days from the date of posting.
